Comfortable beds, facilities to make tea, a kitchen, and blackout curtains in the room. Outstanding food, especially gorgeous and very very good breakfast.

Very basic area.

The place was clean and fabulous. the staff, especially the manager, was very good and courteous. the location near Prospect Park was marvellous. It's close to Reading centre and the train station in town.

The property was functional with amazingly nice staff at the reception desk, I really enjoyed the stay. I ate at a reasonably priced restaurant with excellent breakfast. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub. The location was particularly good and perfect, 20 minutes' walk to the centre.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay with a delicious breakfast served by friendly staff, including perfect poached eggs.

This place is a modern hotel located conveniently in a functional building with stylish, well-kept rooms and tidy bathrooms, plus friendly and efficient staff at the front desk.

The breakfast was lovely, with a variety of options including cereal and perfectly poached eggs, and the staff were very competent, we loved our rooms with balconies overlooking the treetops.

The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed, and the breakfast was excellent, I would definitely come back here.

Additionally, the rooms are spacious and equipped with a very comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are also extremely friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location of the hotel is ideal, with it being close to the town centre and easily accessible for those attending the festival.

One minor improvement could be made regarding the temperature control in the rooms.
